GCE シリアルコンソールで Powershell を実行する

GCE シリアルコンソールで Powershell を実行したので、手順のメモ。
「VM インスタンスの詳細」画面の「シリアルコンソールに接続」を実行し SAC(Special Administration Console) を呼び出し、下記のコマンドを実行してやれば Powershell が実行できました。

## 間違えたら、cmd からやり直し。。。

## 認証が通れば、コマンドプロンプトが実行できるので、Powershell を起動する。
